Erin Glass is a woman with many sides. She grew up in Kentucky, went to college in Mississippi, studied abroad in Costa Rica and has lived in 5 states and 7 cities in the last 10 years! Erin started working for Johnson and Johnson directly out of college and was one of the youngest people to enter their management development-training program at 22 years old! She also helped lead her team that was dead last to number 2 in their region in her first year on board.

After a few years with JNJ, Erin was recruited away to work for the world’s number 1 medical device company, Medtronic. Again, at that time, she was one of the youngest people ever to be offered a position as a medical device sales consultant for Medtronic at the ripe old age of 24. She was the first hire that gave way to an entire new sales role for the company. When Erin got married in August 2007, she decided she wanted to give her other passion a try, money and finance!  She went to work for Merrill Lynch in San Francisco, CA and completed her series 7 and series 66 in less than 8 weeks! 

Erin has been involved in Social Media sites such as Facebook and Myspace since 2005 and has also authored a Social Media curriculum that has been shared with the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce as a resource for their members. In addition to being asked to speak at several events on such topics, Erin has gone on to write for the West Palm Beach Examiner as their Social Media Expert and people all over the US have requested her courses. Erin is a published author in several online publications such as Plastic Surgery News where she discusses how to utilize Social Media to grow your business. Erin was recently invited to sit on the Board of a Young Women’s Professional Network as the Social Media Director and gladly accepted.
 
Erin also likes to volunteer for animal rights and recently helped support the Treasure Coast Humane Society’s Fundraiser where they were able to raise $40,000.When not working Erin loves to spend time with her two precious puppies Lilly and Lola, hang out with her husband, and travel when they can.  Oh, and catch up on much needed sleep!!
